• Contact messages: if you email us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to respond.

We do not collect payment information. BanffVista is a free game; no purchases are made here.

• To deliver the site and keep it working.
• To respond to enquiries sent to us.
• To understand how the site is used in aggregate (server log analytics only).

We do not use your information for behavioural advertising, sell it to third parties, or combine it with external datasets.

BanffVista uses:

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts — we load Cormorant Garamond and Spectral from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log your IP. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare CDN — Bootstrap CSS is served from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. Cloudflare receives standard request metadata. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We do not embed analytics pixels, advertising SDKs, or social-media tracking widgets.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under CCPA or other privacy laws. You can:

• Request information about what we hold about you (primarily server logs).
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Opt out of any future data collection by ceasing to use the site.
